Hex of Insomnia Video
This video describes the factors I look at as I work understanding why a person is not sleeping well and at developing a plan of treatment to improve the quality and restorativeness of their sleep.
Upcoming Free Lecture
About once a month I offer a free lecture on insomnia. Each lecture is designed to help the person who is having difficulty initiating sleep, sustaining sleep or awakening too early. The basic biological processes related to circadian rhythms and sleep homeostat, as well as the psychological processes of arousal and associations will be presented and used to assist each participant in forming an individual plan to improve their sleep.
