I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Oregon and Certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. I have been in private practice in Portland since 1980. In addition, I am the Behavioral Sleep Management Consultant for Providence Portland Sleep Disorders Clinics and Adjunct Faculty at Oregon Health & Science University. I am a preferred provider or member of all of the major insurance panels in Portland, and have a sliding scale for persons who are uninsured. Many insurance companies will know me as Miller Garrison, which is my legal name. My new office is on SE 14th Ave between Burnside and Ankeny.
