I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. I have been in private practice in Portland since 1980. In addition, I am the Behavioral Sleep Management Consultant for Providence Portland Sleep Disorders Clinics and Clinical Professor at Pacific University School of Professional Psychology. I am a preferred provider or member of all of the major insurance panels in Portland, and have a sliding scale for persons who are uninsured. Many insurance companies will know me as Miller Garrison, which is my legal name.
