I provide individual, marital, and family therapy services at my offices in Northeast Portland and Beaverton. I utilize strategies and techniques from cognitive and interpersonal psychology, but my theoretical orientation is grounded in the individual psychology of Alfred Adler.

My roots in Individual Psychology go back to my time in graduate school at California School of Professional Psychology, where I was mentored by Richard Kopp, Ph.D.

I have also received significant training from Bob Powers and Jane Griffith through their Americas Institute for Adlerian Studies. The core IP tenets - holism, teleology, social embeddedness, social interest, life style and family constellation - continue to ring true to me today.
